Recommended for those who would like to permanently get rid of hair and for those who have darker hair.
Process of treatment, main active ingredients
The first treatment consists of 2 sessions. On the first day we do a consultation during which we assess the health and identify the client’s skin phototype and adjust the amount of flashes of the IPL device. In the following session we evaluate the result of the test and perform the treatment on the targeted area/areas accordingly.
Expected result
Soon after the first session the hairs are visibly thinner and weaker. This intensifies as the treatments progress
Aftercare
Arriving for the treatment with 2-3 mm long hair is ideal. Between treatments only razor can be used for hair removal, but in most cases it is unnecessary. Sun exposure, tanning beds should be avoided during the treatment series.
Contraindication
The treatment cannot be performed during pregnancy and breastfeeding, on tattooed areas and in case of sun allergy. Furthermore, the use of photosensitising medicines, acute herpes, viral skin diseases, eczema, keloid on the treated areas, neurodermatitis, psoriasis are also disqualifying factors.
The treated area must not be exposed to strong sunlight or tanning beds for 4 weeks before and for 2 weeks after the treatment.
Season:
The treatment can be performed on sun exposed skin areas from autumn to spring, and all year round on areas covered by clothes.
Recommended frequency:
Periodically, in the beginning 6-8 weeks regularly, then depending on the results of the evaluation the number of sessions can be reduced.
Duration:
20-120 minutes depending on the treated area
